PRESS RELEASE – Architect Andrew Mollison Named Partner

Alliance Architects has announced that Andrew Mollison has been promoted to principal in the firm.

A native of Niles, Michigan, Mollison is a graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy. He is a registered architect in Indiana and Michigan as well as an AIA member. Prior to joining Alliance, Mollison was a founding principal of Intersect Studio, an architecture and interior design firm which is based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He will now lead the design and client development efforts for many of Alliance’s institutional and commercial projects.

With a professional staff of twenty architects and engineers, Alliance is recognized as an innovator in the design of institutional facilities, multi-family apartments and senior living developments for both regional and national clients. The firm is currently practicing in seven states throughout the Great Lakes, east coast and southwest. Recent local commissions include the new Howard Park for the City of South Bend, Notre Dame’s Robinson Community Learning Center, the Elkhart Area Career Center Engineering, Technology and Innovation Building, and St. Pius X Church. The firm is currently designing the Mishawaka City Hall, The Stanley Clark School Performing Arts Center, and the Portage High School Aquatics Facility.
