Having earned degrees in both technology and management from Purdue University, Bill has gained a variety of experiences from his thirty-five years of practice. He has been responsible for the design and construction of several large Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC) as well as the development of a comprehensive master plan with multi-phase implementation for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company. Bill’s recent work has focused on neighborhood planning and urban infill opportunities.
