A contemporary, minimalist design aesthetic was selected for this 22,000 square foot, mixed-use development located in the newly revitalized East Bank neighborhood near downtown South Bend. The developer team, Colfax Hill Partners, was awarded the right to purchase the site after winning a competitive proposal process which was sponsored by the city’s Redevelopment Commission. The building accommodates seventeen market rate apartment units, as well as a rooftop garden/deck and ground floor retail space.
