ST. PIUS X PARISH EDUCATION CENTER

Designed in response to a variety of needs for this rapidly growing Catholic parish, the Education Center accommodates a 100-child preschool as well as a 540-student, K-8 parochial grade school in 56,000 square feet of new construction. The spaces were also configured to serve religious education programs, adult education, sacramental preparation, weekend retreats and multiple sports activities for the parish. The “signature” architectural space is the library; which features a dramatic, two-story reading area bathed in natural light. Religious symbols and scriptural texts were carefully selected for use as ornament throughout the building.
