A rapidly growing orthopaedics practice purchased an under-utilized, two-acre development site along Munster, Indiana’s thriving Calumet Avenue corridor. The existing commercial building was demolished and replaced by a new $6 million, 23,000 square foot facility. The building features twenty-two exam rooms, several treatment rooms, an X-ray suite, and a large, sunlit physical therapy gym. The staff and patients also benefit from a dedicated education room with an adjacent rooftop deck.
