MISHAWAKA CITY HALL

The City of Mishawaka was presented with a “once in a lifetime” opportunity to consolidate operations within the existing 90,000 square foot Liberty Mutual Insurance building in the heart of downtown. The renovation combined the city administrative functions with a central police station and the municipal utilities business office. The design concept featured a series of interior and exterior “storefronts” to facilitate wayfinding to the various city departments.
