The vacant Pandora’s Bookstore building was demolished down to the structural frame and then completely rebuilt for this 9,000 square foot corporate office facility. The scope of the improvements included replacement of the existing precast concrete exterior walls with more traditional brick and cast stone materials. A new third floor level, with roof deck, was also built directly upon the existing structure. Ceres Partners is an investment company which specializes in farmland. The office was relocated from the nearby Eddy Street Commons.
