Panelized wood frame construction was selected in order to expedite the completion schedule for this 100-bed skilled nursing facility. Although sixty percent of the beds are accommodated in private rooms, the semi-private suites were afforded enhanced privacy through the use of an innovative “L” shaped plan design. Eight spaces were also equipped with oversized fixtures for use by bariatric patients. The facility features a full commercial kitchen with multiple indoor and outdoor dining venues as well as a large physical therapy/rehabilitation wing and a classroom for staff training.
