HOLY CROSS VILLAGE FACILITY ASSESSMENT MASTER PLAN

In February of 2013, Holy Cross Village commissioned Alliance Architects to develop a Facility Assessment Master Plan of their current facilities, including Dujarie House, Schubert Villa, Andre Place, Riverside Place, and the Villas. The effort was a comprehensive study that included a detailed physical survey of current building and grounds deficiencies and an estimate of the related costs to repair. The process was accomplished by working closely with Holy Cross Village’s Leadership Team. Alliance Architects performed a sequence of activities, between the months of March through July, focusing on information sharing, data collection, interviews, tours, on-site field observations and analysis. A Physical Needs Assessment Tabulation was completed for each facility. In addition, a 10-year Implementation Plan of correction priorities was developed.
