The architects collaborated with BGO Architects and The Sterling Group for the design of this large, upscale market rate development. Over 377,000 square feet of space was constructed; most of this allocated to 400 living units in 36 separate buildings. Additional amenities include enclosed garages, a recreational pool with a cabana, and a car wash for use by the residents. The clubhouse/leasing office alone is nearly 11,000 square feet in area and features both business and fitness centers, a theater with terraced seating, and an indoor basketball court.
